Leading the firm’s Colorado operations is Caroline Sada, Esq., a seasoned attorney with over 27 years of experience in the collections industry and a strong track record in creditors’ rights, insurance subrogation, and FDCPA/FCRA defense.

Ms. Sada began her career as a debt collector and later earned her paralegal degree before attending the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Tennessee, with federal court admissions in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Supreme Court. She is also a certified mediator in Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Sada is highly engaged in professional associations. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Colorado Creditors Bar Association and actively participates in numerous committees, including Judicial Reform, Membership, and Continuing Legal Education. She is a member of ACA International, MAP, the Colorado Bar Association, and the National Association for Subrogation Professionals (NASP).
Ms. Sada’s multilingual capabilities—fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole—allow her to serve a wide range of clients with cultural fluency and professionalism.
